Stack Exchange network consists of 183 Q&A communities including Stack Overflow, the largest, most trusted online community for developers to learn, share their knowledge, and build their careers.
I know people can modify the IP headers and change source IP address, but it should be simple for network devices to detect those messages. If they don't, why is it so hard? Does it add too much overhead?
