The links provided were a big help. I adjusted the class so the minimum threshold was still higher than the mean queue depth, and the drop rate has dropped to zero. We need to continue using WRED, because in production there additional traffic in this class, but we'll tweak the exponential weighing constant as needed to deal with that, as you suggested. | |
