Currently reading up on TCP/IP protocol stack, while I was reading about the Network Interface layers, I started reading about NAT, and how it meant to decrease the amount of IPv4 used, by using the public IP to private IP translation.

But what happens when 2 computers both in their own local network behind NAT enabled routers, want to communicate over the internet?

If computer A, only knows the public IP of computer B, how does it communicate? how does the router at computer B know to redirect this frame to computer b.
