I have a Cisco ASA 5515-X that is currently running ASA with the FirePOWER module, which cannot sent option code 60 in the DHCP request. My ISP requires me to send this. Does anyone have FTD 6.4 (or any other version) running that can check if it is possible to set option code 60 for the DHCP client?

Thanks in advance,

  • I know IOS can set a vendor class, but I've never seen an ASA support more than the most basic options. (it's as if Cisco thinks firewalls should have static addresses.)
