If routes having same AS path to reach the destination, how the BGP will tie break without using any BGP attribute filter?

Bandwidth also same on both sides. How its choose the best path.

Please explain with good example:)

    BGP uses 13 parameters to choose the best path. Router ID is the 11th. The linked question explains the algorithm.
