I recently graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science at NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
I have over 3 years of experience working in multidisciplinary engineering design. My projects include prototyping electromyography controlled robotics leveraging signal analysis, as well as researching the automation of Titanium etching, emulating the hydrofluoric acid processes commonly used in the Silicon manufacturing industry.
I have developed Matlab and C code for Dynamic Modeling as well as Embedded Control simulations and applied this low-level programming knowledge in Operating Systems projects and recreational microcontroller coding.
I was introduced to full-stack web development during my open source research at RPI, collaborating with a team of six students using Github. With this team, I refactored the tracking website of RPI’s open source community, familiarizing myself with Angular, Vue, Node, and Karma.
I have since focused my graduate studies on software engineering and modern-day best practices such as the Agile and Scrum frameworks. I am eager to work in a fast-paced environment with a multidisciplinary engineering team writing, testing, deploying, and monitoring scalable code.
