I'm an analyst in the NOC for a national service provider. Junos, IOS (Standard, XE, XR), SeOS, and TiMOS are my primarily systems. I infrequently dabble in Brocade routers, and I've been known to cringe at AOS.
I write scripts in Perl. I've tried other languages, such as Python, but they're missing flexibility.
I run a Linux server and I like it. Arch is my distribution of choice. Sometimes I want to dabble in FreeBSD, but then I realize how much easier Arch is and I decide against it.
My words are my own, blah blah blah, my employer's opinions are not reflected by me, etc etc etc.
